What this page covers
This page explains what happens to the information you choose to submit through the consultation form on this site.
What we collect
Only what you type into the consultation form: your name, country, the contact details you provide (email address and/or WhatsApp number), your reason for writing, and any health information you choose to add. Nothing on the health step of the form is required.
How it is used
Your submission is emailed to Chakrapani Ayurveda Clinic & Research Center, Jaipur, so that a Vaidya can read it and reply to you using the contact method you selected. It is used to answer your enquiry and for no other purpose. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Analytics
This site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to count visits and see which sections people read. Consultation form values, contact details and any health information you enter are never sent to analytics.
Your choices
You can ask what has been stored about you, ask for corrections, or ask for your enquiry and its contents to be deleted. Write to info@chakrapaniayurveda.com from the address you used, or use the postal address below, and the team will action it.
Security
Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivered to the clinic's email account. No online transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure, so please send only what you are comfortable sharing.
Not medical care
A consultation reply is general Ayurvedic guidance by email or WhatsApp. It is not an emergency service and does not replace care from your own doctor.
